Steve, Janni, Kole, and Jaelle

Our thoughts and prayers are with you. I have been reading in Genesis. I am reminded that the power of God that created all things is that same power that sustains you. God Bless

Dear Family Keller,
We have thought of you all so aften these days- thank you for the updates. You need to know that MANY are praying from your Chapel family; and the Parschauer family is among them. What you have endured is unthinkable and we ache for you - on the same note, we also give a loud shout of PRAISE for your strong faith - and your security in Jesus. This morning I read Psalm 46 and loved the first vcerse - I guess I can paste it right over your lives...

"God is a refuge (and place to hide when things get bad) and a strength (a place to go to renew your strength). , a very present (ever-present) help in trouble"

I would define your situation as trouble - I looked up the word in a commentary and it defined trouble as "in a tight suqeeze, in a place of distress, in physical anguish, in a place of affliction". That is a hard place for you all to be - but then the beginning of the verse says >>>that's where God is - a very present, always- there help"
And so we praise Him and ask Him for continued strength, even as your parents have left for Ohio and you are "on your own" (but not really). I remember how excited you both were working in our Chapel youth group, when our sons were involved....your passion was so infectious. Thank you for that investment in young lives - and now thank you for the investment into Kole's life - the time, the tender care, the model of what parents do (drop everything and get the BEST care!!). Thank you and may you feel a "lifting up" as we think and pray for you. Hey, I am not so sure you even remember us - but this is from Dr John and Beverly Parschauer. We are on your prayer team! Lovingly, Beverly Parschauer

Janni & Steve, We are so glad that we finally found out about your website for Kole. It has been very hard not hearing what was happening from day to day. Just wanted to let you know that we will be checking in to see how we can best lift Kole and you as a family up to the Lord each and every day. Your Chapel friends, Nancy and John Kempton

We wanted to let you know that we are praying for Kole and the family. God is a God of miracles big and small, and He loves to show His children His love. " But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength.
They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint." Isaiah 40:31 This verse has been such a comfort to us so many times. We know it is the Lord Jesus who gives us the strength, comfort and energy even when we have none of our own. It is then that He sets us on the rock in His hiding place. We are family in the Lord and close to the Conley family. We will check the updates for prayer and praises. God bless all of you. Pastor Bruce,Eileen and Philadelphia Wagner

I pray for Kole and his family, as I am a former student of Mr. Keller. I had him four years ago in Seventh Grade, and I also knew both Mr. and Mrs. Keller from Basketball and Volleyball at Sandusky High School. I really hope and pray for Kole's recovery. He truely puts a smile on your face. I miss the family very much, and give them my sincere hopes and prayers. Everyday brings hope and prayer from all of us here in Sandusky. God Bless You All!

Steve, Janni, Kole, and Jaelle... and Aunt Jodi...

We will not only continue pray for Kole and his treament but also for those that Janni listed in the latest post.

A reading in Neh 1 and 2 reminded me that despite the overwhelming task of rebuilding the walls of Jerusalem, God cleared incredible obstacles for the construction to continue.

To Jodi: thank you for keeping us updated on Kole's progress. More importantly (spiritually) your reminders of the greatness of God have inspired me personally to move forward in my walk with Him.

Dave, Laura, Caleb, Josh, and Leah Marty

I learned of Kole's story on JJHuddle. My prayers are with you daily. My son was diagnosed with a brain tumor at age four. He is now seven and we are still learning how best to help him. I spend lots of time researching his condition and have gained lots of information at www.abta.org. There are many resources available there. Our family is with you in spirit through this fight. Please feel free to contact us at skatintoo@aol.com if we can help. God has blessed us and He is blessing you. Every day is a blessing...I know that you are learning that the little things are most important in life.

Steve and Janni

It's been so long! I was chatting with Gina Kura today and she told me of your situation. I was so brokenhearted for you! It was amazing to read the comments on this site and see how you guys are relying on the Lord for your strength! What an encouragement you must be to those around you. May God continue to give you strength and courage. Our prayers and thoughts are with you.
