Today has been an interesting day! Kole has struggled with discouragement and Janni was reading him the Bible story out of Exodus referring to the Israelites whimpering and complaining in the desert. She was reading the Frank Peretti version and he calls them "moan heads". She said Kole you do not want to be a "moan head"! Anyway, God has reminded me in my spirit today that Kole's restoration would come with the body of Christ calling out to Him! Each day during the rest of the week I would like to dedicate to Kole's strength restored. I thought we could start praying tomorrow (Wednesday) for his strength in his feet and legs. Along with praying that God would keep up his appetite and taking in fluids. Janni is due for a baby any day now! God knows what is needed and I believe He loves hearing from His precious church! I will report back to you at the end of the day Wednesday! Thank you! We still need you! We love you and feel so loved by you!

Isaiah 43:1 "...Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have summoned you by name; you are mine. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you".

Isaiah 43:4 and parts of 5 "Since you are precious and honored in my sight, and because I love you....Do not be afraid, for I am with you...."!

Wednesday request:
1. Kole will continue eating and drinking lots.
2. Kole's feet and legs will be strengthened.

Love,
Jodi

This is Janni,
I thought I would add a little bit to this post to explain what Kole can and cannot do at the moment. To be honest there is very little that he can do. He is so weak that he can barely turn over in bed. He had his left leg hanging off the side of the bed and he could not get it up on to the bed without help. This weakness makes it very hard for him to get himself comfortable. His feet bother him too. Also, it makes his legs especially his left side just feel achy a lot. Please pray that he will not feel achy. Obviously, he is not able to stand, have much coordination, balance, or walk. He can barely take the actions to take a step with his left leg. Nutrition is an issue. He does eat but it is not always the healthiest food. Please pray that he will want to eat some fruits and vegetables. When praying be as specific as possible for each part of his legs and feet. Every joint is weak.
Thank you so much for taking the time to pray for Kole. God is using you to be a part of this amazing miracle. Please ask anyone you know to pray for Kole and/or look on this website.

God told Jodi and I in different ways that it was going to be a large group of believers praying that would bring Kole through this. It is amazing to see God work. Please pray for the whole family as it is difficult for Ellie as our lives revolve around Kole so much.

God Bless,
Janni

I don't know you, but just wanted to encourage you by telling you that my bible study group in Pandora is praying for you.

I have faced some trials of my own recently and this song has lifted my spirits. You've probably heard it before, I just hope it will encourage you again.

Praise You In This Storm
by Casting Crowns

I was sure by now
God you would have reached down
and wiped our tears away
stepped in and saved the day.
But once again,
I say amen
that it's still raining.
As the thunder rolls
i barely hear your whisper through the rain,
I'm with you.
And as your mercy falls
I raise my hands and praise
the God who gives and takes away.

And I'll praise you in this storm
and I will lift my hands
that you are who you are
no matter where I am
and every tear I've cried
you hold in your hand
you never left my side
and though my heart is torn
I will praise you in this storm.

I remember when
I stumbled in the wind.
You heard my cry.
Now you raise me up again.
My strength is almost gone.
How can I carry on
if I can't find you?
And as the thunder rolls
I barely hear you whisper through the rain
I'm with you.
And as your mercy falls
I raise my hands and praise
the God who gives and takes away.

And I'll praise you in this storm
and I will lift my hands
that you are who you are
no matter where I am
and every tear I've cried
you hold in your hand
you never left my side
and though my heart is torn
I will praise you in this storm.

I lift my eyes unto the hills.
Where does my help come from?
My help comes from the Lord,
the maker of heaven and earth.
I lift my eyes unto the hills.
Where does my help come from?
My help comes from the Lord,
the maker of heaven and earth.

And I'll praise you in this storm
and I will lift my hands
that you are who you are
no matter where I am
and every tear I've cried
you hold in your hand
you never left my side
and though my heart is torn
I will praise you in this storm.

I just wanted to let you know that we miss you all and are thinking of you. I can totally picture thinking that Ellie pulled Kole off of the couch, as mine would do just that! What a blessing to hear him tell you how he did it instead! This whole journey will give Kole and Ellie both (and you too) quite the story to tell their families many years from now!

Janni,
Jace and I are praying for all of your family. We are standing in the belief, with you, that Kole is healed. We are petitioning our Lord that Kole's strength in his legs and feet may return and that there be NO pain. We are also asking that Kole's appetite grows and that he craves foods that his body needs to become stronger. We are asking GOD to give Kole the energy to overcome his sadness and disappointments and that GOD takes Kole's hand and walks with him through this arduous journey. We are praying that all of you continue to have the faith that has taken you this far. Janni, we have been praying that you have a good delivery of Kole's new sibling and that he/she be healthy. Please email us to let us know when you little gift arrives!

Tell everyone hello for us and tell them that we still think about you guys all the time cause all of you have touched our hearts. I will be emailing Kole's blog addy to everyone on my email list, I will ask our church for special prayers for Kole, and I pledge to tell everyone that I see this week to ask GOD to bless your family. I will also make a call to get Father Manny, who we feel helped heal Jace with his special prayers, to do the same for Kole. I will spread the word as much as I possibly can to ask for prayers and that we all become unrelenting soldiers in this war with you. We are one, Janni, we are one and our voice will reach GOD's ear and his heart.

With love and continuing prayer,
Ann and Jace Trahan

John 13

3 Jesus knew that the Father had given him authority over everything and that he had come from God and would return to God. 4 So he got up from the table, took off his robe, wrapped a towel around his waist, 5 and poured water into a basin. Then he began to wash the disciples’ feet, drying them with the towel he had around him.

6 When Jesus came to Simon Peter, Peter said to him, “Lord, are you going to wash my feet?”

7 Jesus replied, “You don’t understand now what I am doing, but someday you will.”

8 “No,” Peter protested, “you will never ever wash my feet!”

Jesus replied, “Unless I wash you, you won’t belong to me.”

Lord Jesus / Heavenly Father / Holy Spirit, we invite and pray for your power in this time and space to be poured out upon the feet and legs of Kole. We humbly request your grace giving hands wash over every tendon; your merciful fingers penetrate every muscle; your caring touch blessing every joint and ligament bringing refreshment, energy and strength. May you then fill Kole with a spirit of overwhelming hope and sense of oneness with you such that he cannot help but stand and worship your amazing power and love. We pray this in the sweet name of Jesus the Christ. Amen and Amen.

I have been praising the Lord all week-end, for the miracle Kole experienced. Thank you for letting us know exactly what needs to be prayed over. I will pass it along to the churches that are praying, and a group of women who are lifting him up. You are right, God is using the church. All have different names, but are all the Body of Christ.

I shared the story today with a pastor who came to minister in the retirement home where I go to play for their chapel services. He was so touched, and thanked me for sharing that story of encouragement of how much God really does love us. This whole thing is going to touch so many lives and God IS going to receive the glory due His mighty name!

I’m a friend of Lisa Branton (from Ann Arbor MI), and I just wanted to send my prayers to you and your family!

MAY YOUR UNFAILING LOVE REST UPON US, O LORD, EVEN AS WE PUT OUR HOPE IN YOU.( PSALM 33:22 *NIV )

God's love for each one of us is tremendous indeed! For Every child of His is very important to Him! So today I will share with you something that one of my friends sent to me.
It speaks of God's tremendous love for each of us.
If God had a refrigerator, your picture would be on it.
If He had a wallet, your photo would be in it.
He sends you flowers every spring.
He sends you a sunrise every morning.
Whenever you want to talk, He listens.
He can live anywhere in the Universe, but He chose your heart.
Now God didn't promise days without pain, laughter without
Sorrow, sun without rain, but He did promise strength for the day, comfort for the tears, and light for the way.

GOD BLESS YOU,
My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Janni and Jodi,
I bought Beth Moore's PRAYING GOD'S WORD DAY by DAY. I just read for the 29th of March:

"Our callings remain a hope until we allow the eyes of our hearts to be enlightened and choose to accept them."

"Lord, please help me to actively receive Your Word into my heart upon hearing it so that the devil cannot come and take it from me before it has time to take root.

I also pray that I will not be like those who receive the Word with joy when they hear it, but they have no root. They believe fo a while, but in the time of testing they fall away.
(Luke 8:13). Help me to receive Your Word and hang on to it tightly."

To God be the glory!
Love and prayers,
Aunt Jane

Acts 12

5 So Peter was kept in prison, but the CHURCH WAS EARNESTLY PRAYING TO GOD FOR HIM. (emphasis mine)

6 The night before Herod was to bring him to trial, Peter was sleeping between two soldiers, bound with two chains, and sentries stood guard at the entrance. 7Suddenly an angel of the Lord appeared and a light shone in the cell. He struck Peter on the side and woke him up. "Quick, get up!" he said, and the chains fell off Peter's wrists.

8Then the angel said to him, "Put on your clothes and sandals." And Peter did so. "Wrap your cloak around you and follow me," the angel told him.

Mark 11

22"Have faith in God," Jesus answered. 23"I tell you the truth, if anyone says to this mountain (or cancer), 'Go, throw yourself into the sea,' and does not doubt in his heart but believes that what he says will happen, it will be done for him. 24Therefore I tell you, WHATEVER YOU ASK FOR IN PRAYER, BELIEVE THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED IT, AND IT WILL BE YOURS. (emphasis mine)

Dear Lord, time and again your Word shows us how a church filled with faith and fervent prayer tugs on your merciful compassion and displays your power to the glory of God. Father, this growing body of Christ together in faith calls upon the name of Jesus for strength and restoration of Kole Keller. We boldly enter the throne room because of Christ’s suffering on the cross and humbly ask that the suffering felt by the entire Keller family, which clearly has not been in vain, be lifted here and now; that the chains of Satan's attacks be loosed; that the peace and joy which you alone can provide will come over them like a tidal wave. Not for their sake, Father but for yours. We want your name to be shouted and praised above the mountain tops in witness to Kole’s healing and that all who hear will come to know the love and saving grace of Jesus Christ. Embolden and unify your body for this kingdom purpose here and now. We pray this all in the sweet name of Jesus. Amen and Amen.

Amen and Amen!
We take time today to give thanks to our Lord and Savior. He has wiped our tears! He assures us that we are not alone. We have been given a precious gift of salvation and he has prepared for us a room, where the pain and suffering of this life is no more and we dwell with him in glory!

This is the most difficult trial. We thank Him that he has not forsaken us even though it may seem at times that He has. He has not!

Together we ask for this family, in Jesus name, a comfort and peace that passes all understanding.

We thank and praise God for the complete restoration of Kole's body!

Lord, minister to our frightened and grieving spirits. Guide us, help us! Hear our cries and lift us up!
